Sara L. Leach

Sara grew up in Shoreline, WA and has remained a resident of Western Washington for most of her life. After graduating from law school at Gonzaga University, she spent the first two years of her career working as a law clerk at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III in Spokane, WA.

Sara spent the next 15 years of her career representing clients in complex family law matters. She now brings significant litigation, courtroom, and negotiating experience to helping clients in a variety of other areas of law. Her experience handling high-conflict matters and building trusted client relationships equips her to handle disputes across different practice areas.

Sara is a seasoned attorney who spent 15 years representing clients in complex family law matters. While her background includes extensive litigation and courtroom experience, she developed a conviction early in her career that mediation and settlement, when possible, often delivers the most constructive and lasting resolutions. Sara is expanding into new areas of law, where she will be able to use her strategic and analytical thinking.

Outside the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
