Kyle C. Litzenberger

Kyle was born and raised in south Pierce County and is proud to serve clients in the community he calls home. Before entering private practice, Kyle spent his career at the Pierce County Prosecutor's Office where he handled serious, complex, and high-stakes trials. He has extensive courtroom experience and is known for his steady presence and strategic approach in litigation.

Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Oregon, where he was a member of a number of organizations including Oregon Law Review.

Kyle currently lives in his hometown of Eatonville with his wife and two daughters. He continues to serve his community as a member of the Eatonville Town Council. Outside of work, he is an avid supporter of his alma maters' football and basketball programs and enjoys golfing. Kyle speaks Russian and is able to assist Russian-speaking clients.
