Garrett A. Ratfield

Garrett grew up in the Puyallup area and attended Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Law after earning his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego. Garrett concentrates his practice on property issues, largely advising clients on governance and contract enforcement. He represents landlords, property managers, HOAs, and other stakeholders.

Garrett currently lives in downtown Puyallup with his wife and golden retriever. When Garrett is not in the office, he can usually be found golfing with his wife.
