About Ericka
While earning her Juris Doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law, Ericka clerked for Supreme Court Justice Mary Yu and completed an internship with the Washington Attorney General's Office. Following graduation, Ericka prosecuted a variety of cases with the King County Prosecutor's Office where she gained substantial trial and courtroom experience. Known for her composed demeanor and solid case strategies, she was specifically chosen to handle the most sensitive cases in her unit.
Since dedicating her practice to family law, Ericka has represented clients in dissolutions, domestic violence protection orders, child support matters, parenting plan disputes, post-dissolution modifications, and more.
Before choosing law school, Ericka used her B.S. in zoology and B.A. in psychology to secure positions studying animal behavior and managing a clinical psychology office, which helped her develop a keen eye for detail and compassion when working with people from all walks of life. Ericka is also an animal advocate and a professional musician who plays upright classical and electric bass.
